We enable you to more quickly convert your invoices into cash. When you submit an invoice to us, we bill your client on your behalf and advance up to 90% of the value of the invoice to you in as little as 24 hours. After you receive our initial advance, we monitor the invoice and manage the collection process with your client. When your client pays the invoice, we transfer to you the remaining value of the invoice, net of our service fee.

As the volume of your invoices grows, the amount of funding available to you grows as well. Our service allows you to manage the growth of your business in such a way that you focus on delivering value to your clients rather than negotiating payment terms. No longer will you have to end a relationship with a client who demands terms of 30 days or more, and no longer will you have to put off sales growth because it would deprive you of the working capital needed for day-to-day operations. We monitor the credit strength of your clients and help you to develop accounts receivables procedures for them.

Of equal importance, we allow you to reallocate your time and resources away from billing or collections and toward activities core to your business. In many cases, we are also able to eliminate the paper from your billing and accounts receivable management process, reducing cost and increasing the accuracy of your accounts tracking. Throughout our process, you maintain ultimate control of your relationship with your client as we work through you to keep your clients happy even as we increase your cash flow.

Our service fee will vary based on the monthly volume of invoices that you submit, your financial strength, the financial strength of your customers and the amount of time that your invoices are outstanding. We do not require a minimum monthly volume (we are expert at small volume factoring), and we do not charge an application fee. Many of our clients do not qualify for bank credit; others use our service as a supplement to their credit facility. As a microfactor, we focus on firms that generate $0-$50,000 of monthly invoice volume, but we are able to provide a full solution to larger firms through our partner network.
